WCTS technicians have the skills and experience to provide top-level support and administration to both server and cloud-based SharePoint environments. WCTS’ Server Administrators handle the migration, setup, configuration, and maintenance of SharePoint Application Servers, SQL Content Databases, Web servers and services, and development environment. In addition, they use migration applications such as ShareGate to migrate metadata from SharePoint on premise servers to online cloud servers.

WCTS’ team has current hands-on experience with Power Platform, Flow, Power BI, OneDrive, Teams, Forms, Planner, Outlook, and several other integrated tools. Our SharePoint Developers design and implement applications and automated processes using Power Platform. They manage and maintain customer-facing sites and services, including lists, libraries, site pages, forms, and webparts. SharePoint permissions are applied and maintained in accordance with customer requirements, and a least privilege policy is used as standard procedure. 508 compliancy standards are maintained in all WCTS development processes. WCTS personnel have developed in-house applications through PowerApps and Flows to manage workforce, track and respond to service requests, and streamline approval processes.
