What We Do:

WCTS utilizes proven methodologies and tools such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Continuous Improvement frameworks to guide process improvement initiatives.  We work closely with our clients to assist them in identifying and selecting process improvement projects.  By leveraging data-driven insights and metrics, WCTS assists in identifying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and developing monitoring mechanisms to track progress and measure success.

WCTS also emphasizes the importance of ongoing evaluation and measurement of process improvements.  WCTS ensures that process improvement initiatives are focused on efficiency and also aligned with the client’s overarching goals and objectives.  We prioritize communication and collaboration throughout the process, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

How We Do It:

We use an adaptive DMAIC model.  Define: Identify an opportunity to improve.  Measure: Identify metrics, set up measurement systems, and gather representative data.  Analyze: Identify root causes of issues.  Improve: Develop solutions and test them.  Control: Establish control mechanisms to ensure sustained success. Training and transformational coaching can be provided to all staff levels to develop individual and collective capabilities to stand up Process Improvement (LEAN) offices.
